By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data under the DPDP Act (2023) and GDPR standards.
2. Data Acquisition
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including but not limited to:
Account Information
Legal name, professional email address, and authentication credentials.
Professional Documentation
Resumes, curriculum vitae, and portfolio links.
Biometric Telemetry
During the audit session, we process video and audio streams to verify identity and maintain integrity.
3. Processing & AI
CeppHire utilizes proprietary machine learning models to analyze technical transcripts. Biometric data is used solely for anti-fraud detection and is encrypted at rest using AES-256 protocols.
We do not utilize candidate data to train third-party foundational models without explicit, separate consent.
